DVD Box Review: Introduction

If you have ever visited a adult video store, and wanted to watch, or even watch a sample, of multiple DVDs it normally involves quite a bit of money. And sometimes embarrassment. And of course in some cases, limited selection of DVDs.

DVD Box (dvdbox.com) has a collection of 2830+ videos you can download (all of which can be found in real life stores). There are no download restrictions, and the videos cover pretty much any "mainstream" niche you might want to watch.

At the time of writing, you can download 2830+ videos on DVDBox.com.

You can either search for the type of video you want to watch by keywords, or browse by video category. Each video on DVD Box is separated into categories (of around 30 niches (Amateur, BBW, Fetish, Blowjob, Lesbians, Milf, P.O.V. etc)).

If you don't have time to browse through thousands of video scenes, you can view their "hot picks". This is a selection by the guys at DVD Box, listing the highest quality videos for download.

The videos are downloadable as wmvs. (Although it is marketed as "DVD" downloads, you don't have to burn them to a DVD disk. It is DVD quality, but just normal .wmv video files that you watch in your normal video player (Windows Media Player, Winamp etc))

Each video title is split into multiple scenes. Most scenes are 10-30 mins. Each scene has nine thumbnail preview images, so you know what you are downloading.

Each scene can be downloaded in high resolution or low. Low resolution is 320x240, and to be honest I downloaded most in that size as even in full screen they look good (and download a lot faster/take up less room). High quality is the exact same quality as actual DVDs (720x480). These look great full screen.

If you don't want to download each video, you can stream the DVD Box videos online via their flash player. (Works the same as youtube etc, but it much higher quality than Youtube.

There are no "real" photo galleries. Just low quality video screen captures(around 720px wide). But then this is a video site...
